Patrick was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Growing up, Patrick had a passion for sports, playing high competition baseball throughout his younger years. While serving in the United States Air Force, Patrick was selected to manage the softball team at his base. Moving to South Florida after the Air Force, Patrick continued his passion for coaching where he mentored youth and adult sports programs. In 2011 He and his family moved to Salt Lake City to live around all the beautiful outdoor activities Utah has to offer.
Over the years, Patrick has continued to challenge himself in the areas of fitness, from being a Certified Yoga instructor, to being a Ski Patroller, to running trail half marathons and Spartan obstacle course races.
Always being around his passion for fitness and a desire to help and mentor people, Patrick now takes his passion and knowledge of training to Age Performance. As a Certified Functional Strength Coach, Patrick continues his passion to help others live a healthier, happier and more productive life.
With his love of nature, if you don’t see him in the gym you can always find him either running on a trail, skiing, mountain biking or hiking the backcountry!
With a master’s degree in gerontology from the Fischer Institute for Wellness at Ball State University, Paul has clocked over 60,000 personal training hours in his training career.
As an experienced trainer and former college athlete, Holly is passionate about tailoring exercises to fit her clients’ individual needs and goals.
As a past NCAA football player with over 15 years of teaching and coaching experience, Brian’s enthusiasm for fitness fuels his passion for individualized training.
