Teresa brings over two decades of coaching and training experience to Age Performance. A lifelong athlete and former Division I soccer player, she was part of the inaugural University of Utah Women’s NCAA soccer team, where she developed the discipline and movement foundation that guides her work today.
She is a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach and NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, specializing in Senior Fitness and Weight Loss, with additional experience as a pain-management coach helping clients move with greater ease and confidence. Teresa is also trained through Apollo Health, supporting individuals experiencing cognitive decline through lifestyle-based strategies that promote long-term function and well-being.
