Fully self-directed on-line Age Performance Training solution, including exercise instructions and sample workouts for beginner, intermediate and advanced users.
Includes a module specifically focused on maintaining and improving balance.
This blended option gives you access to a Certified Age Performance Personal Trainer for one hour each month to help you assess, direct and maximize your self-directed training.
Having a monthly check-in with feedback from a live trainer allows for motivation and feedback that is often critical to maintaining long-term success.
Can be completed remotely or in our fitness facility.
For those who would prefer a bi-monthly check-in with a Personal Trainer, this blended option gives you access to a Certified Age Performance Personal Trainer for two hours each month to help you assess, direct and maximize your self-directed training.
This extra check-in with feedback from a live trainer further increases motivation and feedback.
