With a passion for empowering individuals to achieve optimal physical, mental, and emotional well-being, Jesse brings a wealth of experience to his role as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Jesse earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Kansas State University, while also gaining invaluable hands-on experience. During his time at K-State, he interned with the K-State football team’s Strength and Conditioning and Sports Science staff. This role allowed him to develop expertise in designing structured training programs aimed at improving both mental and physical performance while mitigating the risk of injury for student-athletes.

In addition to his collegiate experience, Jesse further honed his skills at Konza Strength, a premier strength and conditioning facility known for its functional fitness, weightlifting, and personal training services. This experience provided him with a robust foundation in functional fitness and personalized training approaches.

As a former collegiate golfer, Jesse maintains a strong passion for the diverse sports and recreational opportunities available in Utah. With a holistic approach to fitness and dedication to both athletic and age-related performance, Jesse brings a unique style to his training helping clients reach their longevity goals.
