Brian Deede

Personal Trainer | MA, CSCS, USAW

Brian grew up near Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he earned a scholarship to play NCAA Division I football. He has over 15 years of teaching and coaching experience, having clocked thousands of hours honing the talents of high school student athletes in the upper Midwest.

After a brief stint selling medical devices, Brian realized his true calling: encouraging people to be active stakeholders in their own wellness. Today, he does just as a personal trainer. When not at work, he keeps busy carting his kids around to their many activities—all which he loves attending.
