Holly was born and raised in Illinois where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from North Central College. She moved to Utah to pursue a Master’s Degree in Health Promotion and Education at the University of Utah and fell in love with the mountains.
Throughout her years in the fitness industry, she has worked with a wide variety of demographics, ranging from athletes to assisted living residents. She is a certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine as well as a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Holly believes that exercise can be an effective form of medicine and is passionate about tailoring exercise to fit the needs and goals of each individual.
As a former collegiate volleyball player, Holly loves to stay active through playing recreational sports, hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, and exploring all that Utah has to offer with her husband.
With a master’s degree in gerontology from the Fischer Institute for Wellness at Ball State University, Paul has clocked over 60,000 personal training hours in his training career.
Splitting his coaching time between the gym and field, Mike believes training should support the activities and lifestyle his clients love — an idea reflected in his unique training approach.
As an experienced trainer and former college athlete, Holly is passionate about tailoring exercises to fit her clients’ individual needs and goals.
As a past NCAA football player with over 15 years of teaching and coaching experience, Brian’s enthusiasm for fitness fuels his passion for individualized training.
A dedicated rock climber with a background in coaching, Mikey enjoys helping people connect with a better quality of life through improved movement, strength, and mobility.
Fascinated by the human body, Emily lives by the philosophy that exercise leads to a better quality of life, and believes everyone can be successful with fitness, no matter the age or body type.
