Angeliqua came to Utah from Germany, where she was a lifelong track-and-field athlete and developed a deep appreciation for movement and performance. She earned her Master’s degree in Health Promotion and Education from the University of Utah, combining her academic knowledge with her passion for a holistic approach to helping others stay active and healthy.

With a background in healthcare and wellness, Angeliqua has worked with a wide range of adults, including older adults, to improve wellbeing, mobility, and overall quality of life. As a certified personal trainer and health coach, she specializes in creating individualized programs that empower her clients to maintain strength and independence so they can enjoy life’s adventures through every age.

In her free time, Angeliqua loves hiking, rock climbing, and exploring Utah’s stunning outdoors, living the active lifestyle she inspires in others.
