Holly was born and raised in Illinois where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from North Central College. She moved to Utah to pursue a Master’s Degree in Health Promotion and Education at the University of Utah and fell in love with the mountains.
Throughout her years in the fitness industry, she has worked with a wide variety of demographics, ranging from athletes to assisted living residents. She is a certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine as well as a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Holly believes that exercise can be an effective form of medicine and is passionate about tailoring exercise to fit the needs and goals of each individual.
As a former collegiate volleyball player, Holly loves to stay active through playing recreational sports, hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, and exploring all that Utah has to offer with her husband.
