From the time she laced up her first pair of cleats at age five, movement, competition, and athletic performance have shaped Jenna’s life. Growing up in Wichita, Kansas, Jenna played club soccer, which opened the door to collegiate soccer at Hutchinson Community College and later at Emporia State University–both on athletic scholarships.
While soccer was Jenna’s first passion, her academic path ultimately expanded her purpose.
In her senior year, Jenna partnered with a master’s-level student to design a strength, fitness, and agility program for the Emporia State University women’s soccer team. That experience changed everything. It showed her how to merge her athletic background with evidence-based training to help people move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best.
What began as programming for elite athletes evolved into a career built around functional fitness for every type of body. Over the years, Jenna has trained competitive and recreational skiers, soccer players, tennis players, golfers, hunters, and active adults who simply want to stay healthy and capable. She has worked successfully with clients from age 8 to age 80, each with unique goals, abilities, and motivations.
Jenna’s philosophy is simple:
Training should improve your life-and you should enjoy the process. Jenna will help you define meaningful goals, build a plan to reach them, and have fun along the way.
When not coaching or training, you’ll find Jenna outdoors with her husband–skiing, snowboarding, golfing, or exploring the mountains. She also loves running with her dog, her loyal sidekick and best friend. And while she is no longer playing competitive soccer, coaching allows her to pass on her love for the game to the next generation.
If you’re ready to move better, feel stronger, and enjoy the journey, Jenna would love to help you.
