Aspen is a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and performance enhancement specialist with four and a half years of experience in the fitness industry. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah and is currently pursuing further education in physical therapy, deepening her understanding of how the body moves, heals, and performs at every level.
Aspen’s background spans group training, mobility and stability work, power training, athletic training, and strength training, giving her a well-rounded approach to programming for clients at any stage of their fitness journey. She believes exercise is the foundation to a longer, more fulfilling life, and she’s passionate about helping people not just get stronger, but move better and walk away feeling more empowered and confident in what their bodies can do.
Outside of coaching, Aspen stays active by training for races of her own, including Hyrox and half marathons, and is always looking for new ways to move, whether that’s a new sport, a new class, or a new personal challenge. When she’s not training, she loves to travel and seek out new restaurants along the way.
